We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Management Professional to join our offshore claims management team as an Executive/Senior Executive. In this role, you will assist in processing claims efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a long-term project-based opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims management and develop expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reviewing claim documents and information provided by clients to determine validity and eligibility for processing.
- Assist in the processing of claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation to support claim processing.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status, updates, and correspondence in the company database.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
Eligibility
Graduate/Postgraduate candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in claims management or a similar administrative role are encouraged to apply. Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in claims management or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
