Audiobook Visual Design Role at ADCI MAA 15 SEZ

At ADCI MAA 15 SEZ, we are seeking a skilled Visual Design Associate to enhance the publication of audiobooks by creating high-quality visual assets. This role involves collecting cover designs, resizing, and refining artwork, as well as applying photo retouching skills tailored for audiobook product images. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Photoshop tools, techniques, and filters for seamless photo compositing and art extension. Strong design principles such as proportion, scale, hierarchy, alignment, and contrast are essential for this position. Attention to detail is critical, ensuring fidelity to the original design intent while delivering production-ready assets with precision. Collaboration with a coordinator is necessary to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven atmosphere. They must have a strong sense of aesthetics, be able to conceptualize stylish ideas, and deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines. Key responsibilities include creating innovative ad campaigns using Photoshop and Illustrator, optimizing user experience, and collaborating with the Amazon design community to ensure consistent brand use. The role requires the ability to follow editing SOP to spot errors, quickly understand operation workflow tools, and communicate with stakeholders globally. The associate will need to partner with design leadership and product management partners to deliver high-quality creative that meets placement specs. We are open to hiring candidates to work from various locations.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience with a focus on photo retouching, digital and graphic design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• A portfolio of work demonstrating production and design experience
• Proven experience in asset ingestion, digital content management, or related roles
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of digital file formats and familiarity with digital asset management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in using productivity software and tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and take feedback
