Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Designer at KRDS, you will be responsible for:
- Developing interactive designs that capture the essence of our clients' brands;
- Conceptualizing and designing creatives for social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc;
- Working closely with Copywriters, Social Media Managers, Illustrators, Designers, Account Executives, Developers, Project Managers & Art Directors to deliver high-quality visual content;
You will be expected to:
- Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts;
- Make anything look visually enticing while adhering to specific brand guidelines;
- Be in charge of the conceptualization and design of creatives that will be used on the Company's clients social media channels;
- Be a proven storyteller with the ability to turn the brief given into a clear narrative;
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality visual content.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
- A strong understanding and experience of art design and art direction in traditional as well as new media;
- Previous experience working on social media content is a must;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills associated with a real team spirit;
- Passion and enthusiasm for a design with a creative flair;
- Essential skill: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator);
- Secondary skills: Knowledge of after effects and 3D programs;
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs are much needed.
