Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer

A highly skilled professional is required to lead the development team in creating and implementing efficient IT service management solutions using ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on CMDB (Configuration Management Database) expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and industry standards
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow applications with other systems
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new features, and implement them as necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and features
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on CMDB expertise
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
