Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field; 5 years of experience in executive culinary roles.
- A master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; 3 years of experience in executive culinary roles.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Menu Development
- Develops and implements strategic plans to enhance culinary offerings and increase revenue.
- Creates menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients.
- Collaborates with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
Culinary Team Management
- Leads a team of experienced chefs and cooks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Provides coaching and feedback to improve staff performance.
- Fosters a positive work environment and promotes teamwork.
Safety and Quality Assurance
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Develops and implements procedures to maintain high-quality food products.
