Job Opportunity: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, tax compliance, securities, contracts, and financial reporting.

  • Financial Management
    • Oversight of day-to-day accounting functions in compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
    • Preparation and finalization of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
    • Management of fund allocation, mutual funds, and securities investments.
    • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and BG (Bank Guarantee) management.
    • Supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Tax Compliance
    • Ensuring correct and timely tax registration and amendments.
    • Issue and review tax-compliant invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
    • Management of Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with suppliers' returns.
    • Preparation and filing of tax returns accurately within timelines.
    • Handling e-invoicing and e-way bills as per tax requirements.
    • Ensuring tax compliance for imports, exports, LUT filing, and refunds.
    • Coordination with auditors for tax audit and respond to notices/assessments from authorities.
  • Contract Management
    • Clients billing and follow-up with clients regarding payment.
    • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
    • Ensuring financial risk assessment and compliance in agreements.
  • Financial Operations
    • Management of relationships with banks for guarantees and other facilities.
    • Handling BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
  • Process Improvement
    • Ensuring efficient use of accounting software.
    • Implementation of process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Training and supervision of the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow.
