Cybersecurity Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Architect to lead our Security Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, design, and operations, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) powered by AI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for designing, implementing, and maintaining SOC systems.
  • Lead and inspire the team, guiding them through diverse technical areas.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of confidence and expertise.
  • Develop strategies to enhance security protocols, incident response, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Improve SOC processes, workflows, and toolsets.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the security team.
  • Lead research and development initiatives to explore innovative security solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and security strategies effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10-12 years of extensive experience in SOC operations, security architecture, and design.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Splunk) across servers, endpoints, cloud, and network.
  • Strong understanding of security architectures (e.g., Firewalls, DMZ, proxies, DNS, web, and mail servers).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead R&D initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies.
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA beneficial.
