Job Summary:

As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and verifying memory circuit designs using Spice simulators, DC analysis, transient analysis, and Verilog MOS switch level models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to debug SDF annotation issues, ensure good annotation coverage, and optimize gate-level simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop building block schematics, memory schematics, and run circuit simulation with Spice simulators
  • Debug failures and provide fixes at gate or transistor level as applicable
  • Optimize gate-level simulations and debug SDF annotation issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to peers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (BE or MTECH)
  • 5+ years of experience in memory circuit design verification
  • Hands-on experience with Spice simulators, DC analysis, transient analysis, and Verilog MOS switch level models
  • Familiarity with System Verilog Assertions and UVM
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
