We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team of innovators, passionate about using science and technology to enrich people's lives.

About the Role
  • Analyze current and future technology needs of R&D functions, recommending suitable informatics solutions.
  • Analyze and support the design and optimization of R&D functional processes, implement process improvements in systems.
  • Collect information from subject matter experts, document business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Implement process/workflow designs (including necessary business process analyses and data integration from external parties).
  • Support the Business Partner in business case preparation.
  • Support the System Owner in solution design, creating functional specifications.
  • Prepare system user training guides.
  • Design and implement Electronic Visual Assistant pages for Veeva Vault systems as key elements of the information strategy for team members and stakeholders.
  • Inform system users about latest updates regarding Veeva Vault systems, corresponding training materials, contact persons, newsletters, and links to related pages.
Requirements
  • A higher degree in a scientific discipline or related work experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good document and/or data management background.
  • Trained in technology project management methods and standards.
  • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or service provider, with at least 3 years in related functional business processes according to supporting system(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing system administration support, preferably for CoE Veeva systems.
  • First experience with managing software vendors and external service providers.
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, including data governance, preferably CoE Veeva related.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing R&D business and/or technology projects (including methods, standards, and documentation).
  • Demonstrated experience in qualification and validation activities of IT solutions.
