Leading Odoo Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Odoo implementation expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Odoo solutions to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a thorough understanding of business operations and processes, including accounts, sales/purchase, human resources, payroll, and point of sale.
- Provide demonstrations to clients showcasing the capabilities of Odoo.
- Evaluate customer requirements, needs, and objectives, transforming them into actionable company processes, solutions, and implemented modules.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
- Prepare detailed scope of work resulting from personalization sessions with customers in the pre-sales phase, providing proposed solutions for their business requirements.
- Document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.
- Excellent knowledge of business processes, sales, and accounts.
- Previous experience in Odoo implementation is essential.
- Quick learner with excellent planning and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence customers to adapt current business practices as required.
- Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
