We are a leading manufacturer of contemporary design Hand Made carpets in India.

Our company is known for its innovative and unique rug designs, made from high-quality materials such as cotton, wool, and jute. We use traditional techniques like pitloom, punja & kelim looms, along with modern methods like hand tufting and hand knotting to create stunning pieces of art.

As a skilled Rug Designer, you will be responsible for developing detailed plans for the creative direction of our product lines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sharing concept ideas of themes and collections to develop
  • Designing rugs in appropriate qualities and textures of collections identified
  • Staying up-to-date with new ideas of fibres, yarns & weaves for manufacturing
  • Planning exhibition stand design with respect to the collections being displayed

You will also be required to render rug designs in room settings, design catalogues, and design posts for social media. Some travel to factories and exhibitions may be necessary.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree/diploma in design, 2-3 years minimum experience, knowledge of carpet techniques including hand tuft, hand knotted, handloom, and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Indesign, etc. Working knowledge of Galaincha software is preferred.
