We require an experienced business professional to drive growth in existing and new markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain customer relationships by regular communication and targeted marketing efforts.
- Purchase plastic resins from Indian suppliers and sell them to assigned clients and new customers.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.
- Negotiate with resin producers to secure optimal supply terms.
- Assist senior management in monitoring logistics, inventory control, and cargo allocation.
- Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies across different regions.
- Prepare detailed market reports to analyze trends and customer behavior.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the polymer industry in India.
- Able to travel domestically or internationally for business purposes.
- Familiarity with current business regulations and policies.
- Demonstrable analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities and negotiation skills.
- Effective time and task management.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Trade, or related fields. An MBA is highly desirable.
