Design and Develop for Impact

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for apps and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centered designs that meet business objectives and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies to refine designs and inform product decisions.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and other design tools.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive layouts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for apps and product interfaces.
  • Strong command of Figma and proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to support implementation.
  • Bonus skills: familiarity with motion design / micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie) and exposure to EdTech platforms or B2C apps.
