Land Operations Management Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing land-related activities for operational wind and solar power projects is a critical task.
  • We oversee all lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents for project sites to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Our team tracks lease renewals, handles negotiations with landowners, and ensures timely payments to avoid disputes.
  • Key relationships are built and maintained with landowners and local communities through effective grievance handling, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Liaising with local authorities, including revenue departments and panchayats, is crucial to managing land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations.
  • We support our operations teams by resolving issues for access roads, transmission lines, and internal movement within sites, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Risks related to land, such as encroachments, litigation, or non-compliance with local laws, are identified and mitigated through proactive measures.
Required Skills:
