Job Overview:

Senior Relationship Manager- Wealth Management Solutions

As a seasoned wealth management professional, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with UHNIs and family offices to expand our wealth management business.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory services on mutual funds, alternate investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop a long-term vision to drive growth and expansion of the wealth management business.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events to strengthen brand positioning and build strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, managing HNIs and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with UHNIs and family offices.
  • Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
