Lead Admissions Consultant

We seek a senior professional to engage with students and parents, oversee end-to-end admissions, and ensure a seamless experience for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Engagement & Counseling:
    • Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
    • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Application Management:
    • Support students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
    • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
  • Post-Registration Support:
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation.
    • Organize pre-departure orientations for students and families.
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure.
  • Post-Flying Support:
    • Offer check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.
    • Serve as a liaison between students and universities.
    • Provide continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain student records, metrics, and reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey.
    Requirements
    • Mandatory: Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
    • Empathy and a student-first approach.
    • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
