Medical Team Lead Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Team Lead to oversee the delivery of OPD services, emergency, and first aid medical assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with referral hospitals and government institutions for comprehensive healthcare services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of medical staff, ambulance drivers, and regular training sessions for the medical team. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to foster adherence to SRM university policies at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and provide timely interventions in emergency situations
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure seamless transitions between departments
  • Supervise medical records documentation, first aid kit maintenance, and ambulance condition
  • Oversee the supervision of medical staff and conduct regular training sessions
  • Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and blood donation events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
