Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in building and scaling enterprise-level websites that power nationwide platforms.

Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in WordPress development and has experience working on large-scale projects. You should have strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as proficiency in version control systems like Git.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates, managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations, and optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Build with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Manage large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve site performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Skilled in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
