This role presents a chance to work with various social enterprises, educational institutions, and organizations focused on learning-centered initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing soft skills and vocational training programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be involved in planning and executing projects across the following areas: learning needs analysis, solution gap analysis, market analysis, solution roadmaps, project plans, skilling content roadmaps, LMS feature configuration, LMS operation, assessments & reporting, stakeholder training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Math, Sociology, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in ed-tech, skills development, teaching, assessment design, learning management systems, and learning content design are necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail are key qualities for this role.
Career Advancement Opportunities:
  1. In the first month, you'll become familiar with the Skilling Practice area, the platform, tools, and clients, as well as different partners.
  2. In three months, you'll contribute to the overall Skilling Practice, implement assessment tools for monitoring, and develop learning solutions for stakeholders.
  3. In six months, you'll work more autonomously and closely with clients, manage a portfolio of learning content assets, troubleshoot issues, and contribute new ideas.
  4. In twelve months, you'll become an expert in Techmantu's Skilling Practice.
