Job Description

We are setting up a new dairy processing facility in Hyderabad and are seeking an experienced dairy operations expert to lead the establishment, commissioning, and smooth operation of our plant. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in dairy industry operations, plant setup, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

This role requires strategic guidance in setting up the new dairy processing center – from plant design to commissioning. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing SOPs for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance. Additionally, the candidate will oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.

The successful candidate will have experience in setting up or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale) and will possess strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines. They will be responsible for establishing KPIs and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality. Furthermore, they will advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
