The key figure in product launch management oversees all aspects of new product introductions for various portfolio segments. This includes developing, licensing, and co-developing products. The role supports project management for new product development (NPD) and collaborates with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities include partnering with regional leaders and key functions to ensure timely adherence to new product launch milestones. Another crucial responsibility is driving excellence in launch management to achieve successful execution. In addition, collaboration with regional heads is necessary to deliver accurate data on new product launch timelines and replenishment plans.

Launch planning, sourcing coordination, and project management are also essential components of this role. Effective communication of launch status across the organization is vital for success.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Education:

o A Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

o Project management certification is highly valued.

Experience:

o More than 20 years in planning, NPL, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

o Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications include deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management. Familiarity with pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions is also necessary.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, skilled at driving decisions and solving issues within an organization.
