Job Description:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage personnel and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure work is progressing smoothly.
  • Manage project timelines and schedules, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.

As a key member of the construction team, the Site Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a large-scale project.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety legislation.
  • Ability to interpret building plans and blueprints.
  • Problem-solving abilities to overcome on-site challenges.
