About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Onboarding Associate, where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer onboarding experiences.

You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. This involves developing a deep understanding of our products and services, providing end-to-end support to customers, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive long-term value.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, responding promptly to their queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our integration team and Technical Account Manager to ensure that customer requirements are met, and solutions or alternatives are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to facilitate issue resolution and provide a seamless experience for customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver the best possible customer experience and drive long-term value for clients.

Requirements

We are seeking someone with:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role involving digital transformation or technology implementation, is beneficial but not mandatory. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key is also desirable.
