Digital Transformation Specialist

Description

We are embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey, seeking a dedicated individual to drive our strategic agenda forward. As a fully remote entry-level role, this position requires passion for new technology, AI, automation, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explore and test new technologies (AI, RPA, BPA, agents, and digital tools) to recommend practical applications across various departments.
  • Support implementation and roll-outs of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create engaging digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge, enabling staff to adopt new tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and provide support when required, acting as a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Work closely with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop relevant training resources.
  • Provide input into new technology-focused projects as part of our ongoing transformation journey.
Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in IT, AI, or a related field, along with experience using automation platforms and AI tools. Additionally, we seek an individual with excellent digital content creation skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to work independently, and possess solid administrative skills. Self-motivation and ambition are also essential for success in this role.
