Peripherals Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripherals Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the planning, design, optimization, verification, and testing of electronic systems.

  • Execute unit and subsystem level verification with strong emphasis on coverage-driven constrained random verification methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain testbenches including stimulus generators, agents, monitors, and checkers using SystemVerilog and UVM.
  • Collaborate on test planning to ensure comprehensive verification coverage and quality.
  • Integrate C-based reference models within verification environments.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as Perl and Python to automate verification tasks and support test infrastructure.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience, OR
  2. Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, OR
  3. PhD with 2+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering.
  4. 8+ years of unit and subsystem verification experience.
  5. Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and testbench development.
  6. Experience with coverage-driven constrained random verification.
  7. Familiarity with C-based reference models integrated within verification environments.
  8. Scripting experience in Perl and Python.
