We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enrich the platform and enhance the user experience.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with an architectural focus. They will have broad exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM (GRC/TPRM), HRSD, SPM) and proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripting, and Integration Hub. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions. You will be accountable for ServiceNow Architecture support and lifecycle management for new and existing ServiceNow Integrations. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and backlog items are prioritized. You will demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements and ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and stakeholders.

You will also identify opportunities for new or improved Architecture opportunities and collaborate with ITQS, Cybersecurity, and Testing teams to ensure the quality and security of the platform and the solutions provided. You will communicate with business process analysts and stakeholders to identify current and future roadmap and strategies for the platform. The ideal candidate will be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data and process analysis.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
