Job Description

This individual will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure application architectures. They will create technical blueprints, provide architectural oversight for new projects, and ensure all solutions are aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure application architectures.
  • Create technical blueprints and provide architectural oversight for new projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for .NET and MS SQL Server.
  • Mentor junior and senior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
  • Manage technical debt, provide clear strategies for resolution.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and a clear architectural roadmap.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the .NET framework (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API) and C#. They should also have deep expertise in MS SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
