We are seeking an experienced and skilled Airfield Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in designing and implementing airfield projects.

  • Acting as the engineer for airfield civil engineering projects.
  • Participating in the design process and providing input to the design team.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members within the Airfield Engineering team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols in design.
  • Ensuring technical quality requirements, addressing project briefs and meeting client deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Design experience at airports.
  • Knowledge of airfield engineering and experience of working on airport projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
  • Experience of international airfield design standards such as ICAO
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civils 3D
  • Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a scientific and non-scientific audience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
