Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Precast Construction projects across India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in precast methods and planning. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple precast projects, setting benchmarks, aligning resources, tracking progress, and showcasing the benefits of precast technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose precast construction methods as alternates in key ongoing and tender projects, accelerating delivery, improving productivity, and ensuring superior quality and safety.
  • Build a robust network of execution resources, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to ramp up precast setup quickly and continually improve time to peak in project execution.
  • Manage and build a team of Production and Installation Engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs.
  • Develop cross-functional capability in teams for infrastructure and buildings knowledge and know-how.
  • Implement training needs, safety, and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team known for their expertise.
  • Support standardization and modularization efforts by collecting and analyzing data on industry-wide demands and challenges.
  • Drive innovation through data collection and analysis options using IoT and AI.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.E. – Civil Engineering
  • Total Work Experience (years): 20-25
  • Certifications: PMP/Lean/Six Sigma Preferred
  • Relevant Industry Exposure: Infrastructure Precast Expertise, Building exposure preferred, International experience preferred
