Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial due diligence initiatives.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and project management. They will be responsible for developing strategic plans, executing projects, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate operating performance, including quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows.
- Lead the execution of client services as Engagement Manager.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and manage a team of professionals to support financial due diligence initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Leadership Expectations:
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CFA).
