SAP HCM Expert Job Description

As a crucial team member, the SAP HCM Professional will lead and implement complex database and software applications within SAP HCM. This involves providing solutions to business requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining existing systems, as well as performing analysis and design for SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA/OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS, or other HCM components.
  • Offer support and assistance for client/payroll specialist teams.
  • Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM programs or initiate designs of new SAP applications independently.
  • Ensure customer acceptance by soliciting involvement on design, functionality, and testing.
  • Prepare data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodology.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with SAP HCM and ABAP programming language. They should be able to effectively communicate their ideas and collaborate with others to achieve project goals.
