International Customer Support Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and friendly International Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to international customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: You'll be the primary point of contact for our international customers, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Training: You must be available for 1 month of mandatory in-office training in Mumbai to learn about our products and services.
  • Flexibility: You must be able to work a 5-day week, with any two weekly offs, to support our international customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • 6 months of BPO experience or fresh graduate with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work from home with basic computer skills.
