Job Title: Supply Chain Management Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize business performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage BlueYonder solutions to drive process efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on BlueYonder solutions.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Blueyonder Supply Planning (BY 2019/2022, earlier JDA), with the ability to configure solution settings independently.
  • At least two implementation projects in BY ESP as a functional consultant.
  • Thorough understanding of Forecast netting and ESP solvers, such as SPARQ/MAP and Agile workbench.
  • Reasonable knowledge of the Inventory Optimization module (Safety stock planning) and integration with other modules.
  • Able to explain functional solutions to developers to formulate technical solutions.
  • Good hands-on experience in configuring, testing, UAT, go live, cutover, and upgrade.
  • Prior experience in integration using ETL tools, such as Azure data lake, is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with an advanced degree/Master's degree (MBA or M.Tech) from a premier institution.

APICS certification would be an added advantage though not necessary.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
