We are seeking a skilled Manager to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team.

Job Description:

This role is ideal for a finance professional with proven leadership, transformation, and analytical experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, owning service delivery, driving financial planning initiatives, partnering with divisional teams, leading annual planning, coordinating close and forecast activities, developing content for monthly business reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Lead and support a team of analysts to ensure timely delivery of analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Owning service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive financial planning initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning tasks.
  • Partner with divisional teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant financial expertise, ideally within the sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
