Tata AIG General Insurance Channel Sales Manager

As a Channel Sales Manager at Tata AIG, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Your key focus areas will include managing the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline, coaching and guiding agents to cross-sell and grow their business, and making individual agents grow year-on-year.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Manage and motivate a team of producers to achieve sales targets and grow their business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to agents to improve their sales skills and grow their business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
