Job Title: Senior Relationship Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Sales Professional to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve pre-set business targets on WNBP, persistency, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.

• Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan.

• Drive and motivate the branch staff and provide support for logging in applications sourced.

• Tap the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.

• Build relationships with HDFC branch staff and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.

• Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.

• Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.

• Achieve branch staff activation activation targets.

• Work collectively with HDFC staff and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers.

• Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectives.
