Job Title: Complex Digital Circuit Test Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the testing and verification of complex digital circuits.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for advanced ASICs using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Maintain high-quality test fixtures, scripts, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other projects.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to test equipment, software, and hardware.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ATPG, SERDES, and Boundary Scan testing techniques.
  • Experience with process monitors (ProteanTec/Synopsys) and high-voltage stress testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
  • Detailed understanding of digital circuit design principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ASIC testing and verification.
  • Strong background in digital circuit design and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard testing tools and technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
