**Visionary Product Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an accomplished Product Engineering Director to spearhead our product engineering teams in developing scalable business-to-business and business-to-enterprise products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building data-driven and workflow-based products across multiple cloud platforms, leading high-performing engineering teams to develop enterprise-grade solutions that can scale on demand and are secure, conceptualizing products, architecting/designing and delivering them to customers within tight timelines, and applying creative problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges that drive business growth and align with product non-functional requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product roadmaps that drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including product managers & owners, business and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.
  • Conceptualize and present the vision and value of proposed architectures and solutions to various audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Manage technology-centric discussions with customers, understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide tailored solutions for their business needs.

Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience working in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from a top-tier institution.

Desirable Skills:
  • React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS. Familiarity with AI/GenAI technologies is a plus.
