About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions.

  • Work independently to solve complex business problems using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience and Service, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Explore and visualize large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to process and analyze data at scale.
  • Build machine learning models and statistical solutions to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize Natural Language Processing techniques to extract insights from text data.
  • Design database architectures to support data modeling and aggregation.
  • Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and/or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Extract key insights from data and present results to senior leadership using compelling narratives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in technology roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the data science domain.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services, including Amazon Web Services and Sagemaker.
  • Ability to build data pipelines using tools like Alteryx, GLUE, and Informatica.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data science techniques.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, pricing optimization, segmentation, and recommendation engines.
  • Background in one or more of the following business domains: Customer Experience and Service, Finance, Operations.
