Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior developer to lead and mentor junior team members while working on complex Salesforce projects.

About the Role

This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architectures, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring junior developers to enhance their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in requirement elicitation sessions to analyze technical requirements and effort estimations
  • Design and provide architecture diagrams for applications, implement best practices, and perform code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in Salesforce development
  • Participate in code coverage and unit test practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce
  • Extensive development experience in the Salesforce platform, including coding and configuration
  • Strong understanding of APEX programming language, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Process Automation tools, such as Flows, Workflow, and Process Builder
  • Experience in creating LWC Lightning web components and designing extensible and reusable components
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Dev-Ops and other associated development tools, such as Auto-Rabbit, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Swagger, and Postman
