Job Overview

At Wells Fargo, we are seeking a skilled Operational Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of documents and processes in our operations department.

About the Role

As an Operational Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical part in reviewing and improving our document review process. You will work closely with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities


  • Support the implementation of initiatives to improve operational quality across multiple lines of business.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and provide support to various operational functions.
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks, including policy changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the administration of strategy and execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business.
  • Engage with colleagues from various lines of business to execute programs, services, and initiatives.


Requirements

For this role, we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in administrative support or business support, or equivalent skills demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions. Please note that the actual salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
