We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and business analysts) to deliver quality releases.
  • Identify, track, and analyze defects with a focus on root cause and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best testing practices.
  • Support non-functional testing aspects like performance and usability.

Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years of QA experience with exposure to both manual and automation testing.
  • 2-3 years of end-to-end testing experience in a professional environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in UI Automation: Selenium/Cypress/Playwright.
  • API Testing & Automation: Postman/SoapUI or similar.
  • Build & CI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab or similar pipelines.
  • Good scripting knowledge in at least one programming language (Java preferred, Python/JavaScript is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of test design, planning, and execution.
  • Basic understanding of non-functional testing (e.g., using JMeter).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/TestNG/JUnit).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS/Azure).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to defect management tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps, etc.).
