Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to develop and execute strategic plans to retain customers across various categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer retention through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute CRM Campaigns: Develop and implement CRM campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design Customer Journeys: Create customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints, taking into account segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive strategic decisions.
  • Drive Insights and Learnings: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and develop insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
