About the Role
The Strategic Talent Management Professional will be accountable for developing and implementing strategic plans to identify, recruit, develop, deploy, promote, and retain top talent within the organization. This includes defining requirements for HR solutions and ensuring that programs meet their specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine talent management needs and develop strategies to address them
• Identify and develop high-potential employees through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities
• Analyze workforce data to inform talent management decisions
• Develop and implement succession planning processes to ensure continuity of key roles

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in talent management, HRBP, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR tools and systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
