Job Title: Collection Portfolio Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection portfolio through strategic partnerships or direct management to drive high performance across key metrics. The focus will be on achieving optimal resolution rates, rollback rates, and normalization rates for assigned buckets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Enhancement:
  • Meet or exceed targets related to resolution, rollback, and normalization rates for assigned buckets.
  • For non-performing assets or charged-off portfolios, achieve the desired rate of recovery.
  • Daily Operations Monitoring:
  • Track and manage daily collection activities at agent and account levels to maintain required collection run rates.
  • Productivity Management:
  • Ensure agents meet productivity benchmarks in line with targets.
  • Innovation & Compliance:
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance in all collection operations.
  • Code of Conduct and Process Adherence:
  • Uphold the bank's code of conduct and follow prescribed processes meticulously.
  • Call Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure call quality meets defined standards and maintain continuous monitoring for improvements.
  • Strategy Execution:
  • Implement the assigned collections strategy effectively.
  • Agility & Adaptability:
  • Adapt and enhance field collections strategy based on daily performance insights.
  • Cash Handling:
  • Ensure timely collection and accurate deposition of payments with no process deviations.
  • Affiliate & Capacity Management:
  • Maintain adequate agency capacity as per approved collection ratios.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Oversee hiring, training, and upskilling of field executives.
  • Invoice Processing:
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
  • Audit & Compliance:
  • Maintain a compliance culture across agencies.
  • Documentation Checks & Performance Reviews:
  • Conduct regular documentation checks, audits, performance reviews, and InfoSec compliance.
  • Technology Utilization:
  • Ensure effective use of collection software and mobile apps.
  • Data Integrity:
  • Accurately capture allocations, action trails, and outcomes in the system.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by minimizing complaints and resolving them promptly and effectively.
