Job DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the role of Analyst /Process Associate/Process Developer - Learning Process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating learning activities, scheduling training sessions, managing training calendars, and tracking participant lists.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain and update training calendars and participant lists.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate learning records and track training completion.
Generate reports on training metrics for internal stakeholders.
Support Services:
Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
Respond to learner queries and provide timely resolutions.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with relevant years of experience in learning or training coordination roles. Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office tools is also required.
Certification in Learning & Development or related domains is preferred, as well as knowledge of eLearning tools and technologies.
The key skills and attributes required for this role include strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
