Job Title: Corporate Credit Risk Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Vivriti Capital. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive credit appraisals, underwriting, and approvals of emerging/mid corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis of potential clients, evaluating their creditworthiness, financial stability, and business viability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless credit processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of credit underwriters and credit processing associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure effective credit risk management strategies are in place.
  • Identify and mitigate potential credit risks through regular portfolio reviews, analyzing industry trends, and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in mid-corporate lending, supply chain finance, or similar industries.
  • An MBA or CA degree with strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving results-oriented performance.
  • A deep understanding of business models, industry trends, and regulatory requirements impacting corporate lending.
