We're inviting applications for the role of Data Analytics Lead for Life Sciences. As a seasoned business analyst, you'll lead business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account, working closely with lead business analysts to deliver end-to-end business intelligence and analytics projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US-based pharmaceutical manufacturer.
  • Liaise with client and onshore team to understand complex business problems and define the solution.
  • Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs.
  • Identify areas of innovation.
  • Guide offshore developers and data architects in the implementation of solutions.
  • Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA).
  • Extensive experience in life sciences analytics space with hands-on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics.
  • Conducted extensive assessments/blueprinting/due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture.
  • Mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery for pharma majors.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce hierarchy, alignment, and data especially IMS/IQVIA datasets.
  • End-user thinking while developing KPIs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively.
