Role Overview

We seek a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and have a strong collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visual concepts and design engaging, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Develop UX deliverables including user personas, site maps, concept maps, process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs that effectively communicate the product architecture, layout, and functionality to team members & stakeholders.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to refine and enhance the design, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and improve product functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs and user interactions.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX best practices, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Develop detailed design specifications/design systems.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a tech or digital product environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge/skills in front-end development using HTML, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, LESS/Sass, React, Angular, JQuery, etc.
  • Understanding of typography, color, layout, visual design, and user experience best practices.
  • High level of attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense for high-quality visual design.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
