Job Role: In this role, you will work in the Research and Development (R&D) Scribe Design group where you will support advanced memory technology development through scribe test structure design, layout and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout of memory test structures
  • Collaboration with various teams (Process Integration, Electrical characterization, Device, Reliability, Design Rule, CAD)
  • Assisting with silicon correlation and debug

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience and proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre etc.)
  • Excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills including DRC, LVS
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics & operation and parametric measurements
  • Knowledge of Memory Array design architectures, fab processes, and failure modes is preferred
  • Good problem solving and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and explore unfamiliar concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Perl, Skill code and UNIX shell scripting languages
